Most “AI safety” conversations right now boil down to:
- better policies,
- better evaluations,
- better monitoring.
All important.
None of them are enough for the thing I actually want TAI to be:
a voice‑first, life‑integrated cognitive OS that people can rely on every day without wondering, “Is it going to do something insane at the worst possible moment?”
You can’t get there with policy‑driven behavior alone.

- “Here’s what we want it not to do.”
Proofs say:

But that’s not the target.
The target is:
- “always‑on,”
- “knows you,”
- “helps you run your life.”
At that level, “we wrote a policy” is a weak promise.
Proof‑driven behavior is how we say:
- “These are the things TAI cannot do by design,”
- “These are the invariants its behavior will always respect,”
- “These are the ways it can surprise you — and the ways it never will.”
Math can’t make TAI perfect.
Nothing can.
