As Principal Account Director for MongoDB (Global) at AWS, I led strategic initiatives that positioned both companies at the forefront of AI-driven developer experiences.

Key Initiatives

  • Integrated MQL into Amazon CodeWhisperer — enabling MongoDB query generation in AI coding assistants
  • Explored early LLM-driven developer experiences before the AI explosion

NTT Americas Cross-Sell Program — $1B Pipeline in 22 Months

As Director, Americas Cross-Sell Program for NTT Holdings, I designed and executed a unified go-to-market strategy across 31 operating companies.

The Challenge

NTT had dozens of operating companies, each with separate sales teams, overlapping services, and competing priorities. No unified strategy existed to leverage the full ecosystem.
